      No promotion opportunities. When someone leaves, they do not hire to replace missing people in a team/department. Employees pick up extra work Stressful work environment Japan taking back control and they are the crux of the issue. They do not know how to attract new customers in regions outside of Japan. Workplace politics Pay is below average Your work feels meaningless. Your opinion does not matter, even if you can present a case for why something should be done a different way, nothing changes

      Great coworkers and environment. Everyone not in management was warm and friendly.

      Cons

      After years of promising we weren’t training our replacements overseas but just additional support, they laid everyone off saying it made more financial sense to keep the team overseas.
