      leaders have no idea what they are doing whatsoever. Terrible. Many of them are often on power trips and do not have any decency towards anybody. Won’t point out names but he like has no family or something and his work is his life. Seems to not understand people have lives outside of work but also doesn’t even understand what he does himseld
