Pros

The hourly rates are amazing and the flexibility it offers is unmatched. I can log in whenever I have time and make really decent money in short bursts or for hours, if the jobs are available. The platform is organized and fairly intuitive after you get used to it. Additionally, they are by far the best platform for this type of work. The time limits are fair, and once you're in a task, nothing changes (I've heard some platforms will randomly shorten the time or lower the pay mid-task). This work has been instrumental in supporting my family's needs!

Cons

The work can be mentally tasking, as there normally a lot of very detailed instructions that you have to follow that are unique to each type of task and get updated frequently. You also have to be very enagage and attentive to details, which means there's rarely any mundane, mindless, or repetitive types of tasks (which can be good or bad depending on your preferences). The biggest problem can be the inconsistent work availability, which has improved over time but sometimes the work will slow and you may not have any work for a few days. In my opinion, this type of work is best treated as side or bonus income, but it can be instrumental when you're in a financial bind. Finally, there is little to no feedback on your work quality, so just make sure to do your best on every task and ask questions whenever you have them!

Pros

- Can work whenever you want, as much as you want - Pay *has potential* to be good ($25-$65 per hour) - Can do work related to your field (with degree), or more generalized work (without degree) - Interview process is literally just taking a test - Good if looking for extra income or part-time work - Doing good work results in more projects sent your way - 100% Work from home (or somewhere with wifi)

Cons

- Almost no human interaction at all - No benefits of any sort (no healthcare, dental, etc...) - No matter how many hours you put in, you are always self-employed - Availability of work fluctuates - Work in your specific field may not always be available - Can be difficult to make it a full time job - They can drop you without warning or notice - No possibility of career growth as far as I can tell - Some projects require you to work 8+ hours in a day, others only 30 minutes. The act of checking how long a project will take means it might no longer be available to you if you wait too long.
