Pros

Working at Booking.com has been a genuinely positive experience so far. The company culture feels very grounded, approachable, and welcoming from day one. There is a clear sense that people here truly see the individual, with a strong focus on understanding employees’ needs and perspectives. The onboarding process stands out as one of the most organized and well-structured I’ve experienced, which made a big difference in feeling confident and supported early on. There is also a strong sense of transparency around company decisions and direction, which helps build trust across teams. Overall, the atmosphere is not overly formal, but rather collegial, open, and pleasant, making it easy to connect and collaborate with others.

Pros

Solid company with clear vision, great benefit package, very skilled and diverse workforce.

Cons

Complex structures and highly specialized teams can make the organization feel somewhat siloed, corporate, and slow.
