The interview process was highly disorganized. After being approached by the company, my experience followed this exact timeline:
First attempt: I waited 20 minutes in the virtual meeting room for a scheduled 30-minute call. Only after this wait was I informed that the recruiter could not attend and needed to reschedule.
Second attempt (2 days later): On the very day of the rescheduled interview, the calendar invite was simply pushed back by another two days without any prior notice, explanatory email, or apology.
Third attempt (Final day): I joined the call at the newly scheduled time. I waited alone for another 20 minutes before leaving. No one showed up, and the company made absolutely no subsequent contact to explain their absence or apologize.
