Interview
Started with a Phone Interview. Then, In person interview at the store and it went well. Focus on customer management skills. Interviewers focus on basic competency, work ethic, customer service skills, and availability.
First call was with a recruiting manager who wanted to verify that the salary range and location were okay. After I confirmed, I was interviewed with the person who would be my boss. Good conversation. They ended up axing the job entirely due to the economy, but it was a positive process overall.
3-4 rounds focusing on conversational interviews with mock review. Overall, it has been transparent and well organized. I am still interviewing. You get to meet the team right in the beginning and then meet the HR Manager.
