Systems Limited interview questions

During my interview process, one of the SQA Managers informed me that the recruitment process is lengthy and that I would be contacted later. However, it has been more than three months and I have not received any response from HR or any department. I understand that Systems is a large organization with many employees and a high volume of applications. Nevertheless, there should be a proper follow-up process in place to respect the time and effort of senior professionals who participate in interviews. A simple update or closure message would greatly improve the candidate experience. The lack of communication can sometimes create confusion for candidates, making them unsure whether the process is still ongoing or has already been concluded. Transparent communication would help maintain trust and reflect positively on the organization’s hiring practices.
