My hiring process at Kantox was an excellent experience from start to finish. The communication was clear and timely, and each step was well-structured. The process consisted of four interviews. It started with a cultural fit interview, followed by another interview where the role’s responsibilities were explained in detail. The third step was a live coding session to demonstrate my technical skills. Finally, I had an interview with HR to go over the offer, my motivation, and salary expectations.
