Thank you for your open and honest feedback. Experiences, both good and bad, help us to become the global organization that we strive to be. I am sorry that you had a negative outlook on some of the aspects of working with us. There has been some misinformation about our productivity tool, WorkSmart, that we are working diligently to clear up. The tool is not meant as, and is not used as, a key tracker or spy ware. Instead, it is intended to help facilitate useful conversations between management and teams, centered on productivity and increasing awareness. I also apologize if you misinterpreted the offered salary. Most contracts are offered at an hourly rate, and I have not heard any being paid at a lower rate. We are currently utilizing an independent contractor model, which helps encourage contractors to work when they can and are most productive. I encourage you to fill us in on any other related specific feedback so we can help ensure that you, and others with the same misgivings, understand our model and how we think it benefits everyone.
