I recently completed the assessment process with Crossover for a VP, Talent Operations role. The process combined an initial conversation and a timed cognitive aptitude test designed to measure speed, logic, and pattern recognition under pressure. While I progressed past the introductory stage and significantly improved my cognitive score on a second attempt, the final cutoff prevented me from advancing to the scenario-based and system-design rounds. The experience highlighted Crossover’s emphasis on standardized cognitive gating alongside role-specific evaluation.
