Interview
Went through three rounds of interview. Have to speak a lot and speak well. 3 group video calls on an application called Webex. Only get the result within 2 weeks over a call to confirm you are selected. Each person has around 3 minutes to answer one question.
Two rounds and scenario based questions like what would you do in a stressful situation. How do you make a perfect customer experience. How do you deescalate a situation where two customers are arguing.
