ACT interview questions

First, send your resume, then an initial non-face-to-face interview, then an in-person interview and agree to take a test. After the test and acceptance, an unpaid probationary period begins, and then employment.

First, I had a call with one of their recruiters to ensure the position was it fit. It went well, so I was then had to record responses to a few questions on video. This felt very impersonal and I disliked that I had to speak to a blank screen instead of a person. After that, I didn't hear anything for about 10 days. Only when I followed up did I then get moved onto the next step which was a FOUR HOUR interview with different people/teams. After that I heard nothing for two weeks before receiving a generic rejection email.
